Percussionist Konstantyn Napolov is a big advocate of new repertoire for percussion instruments, a relatively young group of instruments.
Konstantyn Napolov was born in Odessa (Ukraine) in 1987. Here he received his first music lesson at the age of six and won his first young talent competition at the age of eight.
Pianist Helena Basilova, cellist Maya Fridman and percussionist Konstantyn Napolov are be-ing drawn to each other by their mutual passion for new music and by the endless search for new colours and new sounds in music.
